The point at which a team has installed more AI agents than it has processes for those agents to run.
Symptoms include a Slack full of bots nobody remembers approving, three separate copilots doing the same summary, and a "productivity" dashboard that only agents read.
Not anti-AI
Agents are genuinely useful. The problem starts when adopting them becomes the metric, instead of what they do.
A naming problem
